Data controller

Personal data processed
We process identity data (name), contact data (email, phone, company if any), customer-transaction data (request/quote/message content), transaction-security data (IP, logs, cookie data) and, for Maoralı panel users, account/sign-in data.
Purposes
Your data is processed to manage communication and requests, to run quote and service processes, to establish and perform the contract, for panel access and authentication, for information-security processes, to improve our services, and — where you consent — for promotional/marketing activities.
Legal grounds
Processing relies on KVKK Art. 5/2: it is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, the controller's legal obligation, and legitimate interests. Processing outside this scope (e.g. marketing messages and transfers abroad) relies on your explicit consent under Art. 5/1.
Transfers and transfers abroad
Your data may be transferred to our authorised processors to deliver the service: hosting (Vercel), database/authentication (Supabase), email (Resend) and analytics (Google). As some infrastructure is located abroad, such transfers are carried out under KVKK Art. 9 and, where required, based on your explicit consent.
Collection method
Your personal data is collected electronically via the contact, quote and analysis forms on our site, the Maoralı panel, email correspondence and cookies.
Retention period
Data is retained for as long as the processing purpose requires and for the limitation/retention periods set by applicable law; at the end of these periods it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Your rights (Art. 11)
Under Art. 11 you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose of processing, know the third parties to whom it is transferred at home or abroad, request correction or — where conditions are met — deletion/destruction, request that these be notified to recipients, object to results arising solely from automated analysis, and claim compensation for damages.

You can submit requests regarding your rights to info@maora.studio or the postal address above. Your request will be concluded within 30 days at the latest, per KVKK Art. 13.
