Tour & Transfer Websites
A multilingual tour and transfer website that takes bookings on your own site and shows the price inside the booking flow.
For tour and transfer companies we build a custom website that takes bookings on the company's own site rather than through an intermediary platform, shows the price inside the booking flow and lets guests proceed in their own language. What separates it from an off-the-shelf transfer script is that the flow and the panel are built around your business, and the whole site — domain, content, access — belongs to you. We have done this work for Demiralp Tur and Brayas Travel.

Who it's for
For tour operators, airport and city transfer companies, and tourism businesses working with agencies that want to move bookings off the phone and messages and onto their site.
Why Maora
We have built systems at two different scales in the same sector: the operations of a TÜRSAB A-group licensed tour and transfer company active since 1984, and a three-language airport transfer brand. After launch we stay with you on care, social media and advertising too.
Who builds booking websites for tour and transfer companies?
There are two common routes to a booking website for a tour or transfer company: buying a ready-made transfer script, or working with an agency that builds the site around the business; subscription booking platforms are another option. Maora Studio is an agency on the second route; based in İzmir, Türkiye, we have done this work for Demiralp Tur and Brayas Travel. Demiralp Tur is a TÜRSAB A-group licensed tour and transfer company active since 1984; for it we built a booking system, customer and admin panels, an agency commission system, a loyalty programme and instant price calculation. Brayas Travel is an airport transfer brand; its site runs in three languages and takes a booking from route to confirmation in six steps. Which route suits you depends on how standard your booking flow is: if the rules are fixed and simple, a ready-made script may be enough; if your pricing rules, agency relationships or multilingual guest flow are specific to your business, a custom site fits better.
Off-the-shelf transfer script or a custom booking website?
An off-the-shelf transfer script is quick to set up and cheap to start with; for a standard airport transfer that is a real advantage. In return, the flow bends only as far as the script allows: pricing rules, screen order and the panel are shaped by the product rather than by your business, and the same script looks similar at other companies. A custom site takes longer and needs more effort up front; in exchange, the booking steps, the way the price is shown, membership, coupons, agency commission and the admin panel are built around your business. On the sites Maora builds, the domain, the content and the whole site belong to the company. Three questions are enough to decide: does your pricing fit a few rules, do you work with agencies, and in which languages do your guests book? Our view: if the answer to the first is yes and to the others no, a script makes sense; otherwise a custom site asks for fewer compromises over time.
What steps should a transfer booking flow have?
A good transfer booking flow takes the guest from route to confirmation in short, predictable steps and never hides the price. The flow we built for Brayas Travel has six steps, with the price shown fixed inside the flow: the guest sees it without asking and proceeds in their own language — Turkish, English or German. Membership is part of the flow too: the guest signs in with a magic link, sees past transfers and can rebook with one tap. The first booking gets a welcome coupon, a returning guest a loyalty gift. At Brayas the result is that transfer requests are now completed on the site, not on the phone. When we design a flow we look at four things: which information the guest should give at which step, which language they book in, when the price becomes final, and how a guest who stalls at a step is won back. The number of steps depends on the business; what matters is that each step asks a single question.
FAQ
Will the site belong to me?+
Yes. The domain, the content and the whole site are yours; all access is with you and you are never locked in.
How many languages can it have?+
As many as you need. Brayas Travel's site runs in Turkish, English and German; Demiralp Tur's site is multilingual too. Each language is set up with its correct address and a language tag for search engines.
Can it take online payments?+
Yes. We set up payment integration (such as iyzico, PayTR or Stripe) as part of our web and software service. Whether prepayment, a deposit or payment in the vehicle suits you, we decide together in discovery.
We work with agencies; can the system calculate commission?+
Yes. We built an agency commission system and a sub-manager structure for Demiralp Tur. Commission rules are defined around your business.
How long does it take?+
It depends on scope: a transfer site with only a booking flow and a tour platform with panels, agencies and loyalty do not take the same time. After discovery we share a clear timeline and stick to it.
What sets the price?+
We quote per project. The number of steps and languages, the panel and agency needs, and integrations set the price. After a free discovery call we share a clear quote.
Do you also run social media and advertising?+
Yes. We run Brayas Travel's social media, graphic design and Google Ads; at Demiralp Tur we supported growth with SEO/GEO and Google Ads.
