01Challenge

For an invitation product sold to couples abroad through Etsy, a ready-made template was not enough: guests had to open the invitation like a real envelope, couples had to edit everything from their phone without creating an account, and the seller had to track every order in one place.

02Approach

We built the platform from scratch. The marketing site offers a live demo and a design gallery in five languages. A couple claims their design with their Etsy order number, fills in names, date, venue, photos, schedule, music and RSVP questions in a setup wizard, then publishes and shares with a QR code. Guest replies collect in the panel and flow to Excel or Google Sheets. On the admin side, orders, customers, designs and each site's support actions live in one panel.
